The testing machine shall be installed in a clean, dry room without vibration and corrosive gas. The installation foundation (see Figure 2) shall be firm and reliable, and the foundation screw shall be aligned with the base.
After the machine is adjusted to horizontal installation, clean and kerosene soaked cotton yarn shall be used to wipe the antirust agent applied on the machined surface of the machine, and then clean the surface and apply a thin layer of machine oil.

(1) Oiling
Open the rear door, lift the fuel tank cap and fill the oil tank with appropriate amount of mechanical oil to the oil level. Due to the change of temperature, the oil used is slightly different. The specification of oil used is as follows:
When the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5 ℃, GB443-84N68 machine oil is used.
When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, GB443-84N100 machine oil is used.
(2) Electrical connection
Plug the random power plug into the corresponding socket. The power supply is 380V 50Hz.
(3) Start oil pump exhaust
Open the oil return valve and the oil delivery valve. Turn the power switch (at the back of the control box), turn on the machine power, display the instrument setup screen, and display the test screen after 2 seconds. Press the "Start" key to start the motor, and the oil pump starts to work. After the oil pump continues to work for about one minute, close the oil return valve. At this time, the lower platen can be found to rise slowly. After the lower platen rises for a certain distance, close the oil supply valve and open the oil return valve. At this time, the lower platen is in a falling state. Repeat the above steps for 3-4 times to completely eliminate the gas in the system. If it still cannot be ruled out, the following methods can be used to exhaust: open the front door after shutdown, unscrew the large nut on the front face of the oil pump with the wrench provided with the machine, and then start the machine to drain the oil. After the oil flows out smoothly, shut down the machine and screw on the nut.
Installation precautions
Precautions for the installation of pressure testing machine During the assembly process of pressure testing machine, a variety of tools are needed, among which the hand saw is mainly used to process the parts that are made during assembly, and to cut various oil pipes. When using the hand saw, pay attention to the following four points: First, when installing the hand saw, the saw must be forward and properly tightened, not too tight or too loose, otherwise it is easy to break. Second, the sawing angle should be small (generally around 15 degrees), the travel should be short, and the pressure should be small. Third, in sawing, push the saw to increase the pressure, and do not increase the pressure when sawing back, and try to use the full length of the saw blade to extend the service life of the saw blade. Fourth, when the workpiece loaded on the pressure tester is about to be sawed off, the pressure should be light, the speed should be slow, the stroke should be short, and the operator's arm safety should be paid attention to.
